That person/identity has been kicked off all the lists over and over 
again, but keeps re-subbing.  If you are using procmail, send them 
to /dev/null.  If not, set up a filter to put them in your spam bucket 
and mark them as read.

Thinking about this manual footer, it would be easy enough, I think, to 
set up adding a phrase by a keyboard shortcut.  I was thinking of using 
something other thant the hypehn-hyphen-space that is the normal 
separator, so that it didn't get seen by sympa as a separate section, 
but the problem then is that neither would mail agents recognise that 
that part shouldn't be included in quotes.
