Good day
Should I be concerned?
During the boot up sequence when Mandriva mount my filesystems my hard
disk light goes on and stays on.
It stays on even though the machine is doing nothing? Must I worry about
this? It doesn't seem normal to me?
It does flicker up to the point I mentioned earlier!
My disk config is as follows.
Primary P-ata (dual boot Windows / Mandriva) (stanndard Intel 915
controller)
2 more S-ATA on the same intel 915 controller
2 more on my Motherboards extra S-ATA Controller (Not sure but I think it
is a Promise controller)
My motherboard is an Asus P5GD1
I would appreciate any comments/suggestions
