Name makes no difference, I think.  I'ts more of a profile name.  The 
rest of the configuration is so bare that I think it can hardly be 
there.  I presume that you have checked the host and port?  They look 
to be the most likely entry, though.

So, what's left?  Something blocking - firewall block?  Can you check 
any other way - using 'mail' for instance?  Does that get a message 
out?
