Again, it depends what it's being used for. If it needs to read the old files that is always an issue. If it used for single-use documents, though, setting up templates for each requirement might make it very easy to use.

After looking around, I read that Publisher can export files as emf
files - which can be read by scibus & open office draw  (for example) -
so she can utilise what she's already produced.



but she will have to have M$ publisher (and so a windows install) to be able to export the files...
