If anybody from Mandriva with any authority actually cared, they would
have stepped in to resolve the problems when they first started - two
months ago. Even if they couldn't resolve the problems immediately, they
could have contacted the lists and explained what was going on, but they
didn't bother. They have no respect for their customers, and it's hardly
surprising that their company's reputation is suffering.
So, OK. Maybe I'm not paranoid then. Phew! Nice to know that if I am, at
least I'm not alone (I hate it when that happens).
