I don't know if your suggestion is tongue-in-cheek or not,
I guess that depends on just how "tongue-in-cheek" you mean. I am all
for forwarding every complaint from now on to Adam, and let him loose
his 'cool and clam and collect manner' towards me, for all I care about
him. he lacks the ability to piss me off. (if he wanted to "jump in my
stuff/$hit", he had better learn to swim and grow wings and bring his lunch)

who's been characterizing mentions of the mailing list problems as "trolling"
of late, e.g., from cooker (yesterdy?)
Please quit trolling. The issue has already been identified, explained
and accepted by warly as something he will talk to IS team about.
Additionally, your characterisation of it is entirely inaccurate. I have
not been unsubscribed from Cooker once. You will only be unsubscribed if
mails sent to your address cause some kind of error.
Forgive me if I choose not to deal with that personality.
this may be something they are trying to tweak, but they _need_ input to
know when the tweaking is to strong or weak. and they need to learn not
to screw around just before the weekend and leave stuff screwed for the
weekend, with no feedback.
This, IMHO, all boils down to communication, and it appears Adam feels
his skills at communication are stronger than anyone else's. Some
feedback might be all it takes to relive some of this stress. (hopefully
in a professional manner, which seems to be the area lacking in the
complaints about Adam's skills).
