This same thing happened to me once - I was running 10.1 with perl 5.8.5 and all was well, then when I was installing something (I don't recall if it was Qt or KDE or mysql-devel) it upgraded my perl to 5.8.7, and then urmpi failed with the same error you're getting. I was never able to fix this, and I ended up re-installing the entire system.
