You could redirect the list of file names to a temp file and then do
mv `cat <tempfile>` <destination>
Note that those are backquotes around the cat command. This will substitute
the file names into the command. If you get an error that the command line is
too long, you may have to split the temp file into several pieces, and do
each piece.
