Hmm, there's an idea. I'll write a script that sends a test message to the list once a day and watches for the response. If it doesn't see it with a certain period of time, it sends a subscribe request to the Sympa(lminded) server. Finally, I'll put an ignore-my-test-messages filter in kmail. Then I'll send the script to everyone on the list. Should do wonders the list traffic volume!
