I should have also said. For any user you want to connect to by vnc create a directory ~/.vnc containing the files xstartup and passwd both with permissions 644. xstartup should be executable. xstartup should contain a script to start X. For example #!/bin/bash startkde & passwd contains the password for this vnc server and is not necessarily the same as the user logon password. Create it with vncpasswd See 'man vncpasswd' derek -- www.jennings.homelinux.net ____________________________________________________ Want to buy your Pack or Services from Mandriva?
