I am using Qt on 10.1. I do not get these warnings. These are the g++ 
options that get used on my system:

g++ -c -pipe -Wall -W -g -D_REENTRANT  -DQT_THREAD_SUPPORT -DQT_SHARED 
-DQT_NO_DEBUG
