rpms for sources other than Mandriva repositories are typically built for Red 
Hat, and may or may not work with Mandriva. If I'm not mistaken, Mandriva 
uses a different menu mechanism, so menu entries won't get created properly. 
It's best whenever possible to do your installs via urpmi.

You might, as suggested, still be able to start it from the command line. If 
you didn't get an error when you installed, the binary should be there. 
There's probably a way to manually create the menu entry too, but I'm not 
sure how.
