I think you're out of luck. I may be mistaken, but I think the only fully
functional COBOL compiler for Linux is ACUCOBOL which costs about US$1500 or
more for one user, and about US$300 more for each extra developer. That's
what it cost the last time I had anything to do with it, which was about 5
years ago.
COBOL2GCC seems to have run out of steam, and TinyCOBOL is too limited and
OpenCOBOL is not finished.
