This problem solved now thanks. Someone posted a reply which included
some of Tom Brinkmans info. I managed to lose this when I upgraded
Tbird! However I went to #mandriva and was given this command - which
worked. Posting in case it helps someone else.
"cdrecord -vv -driveropts=burnfree dev=/dev/hdc theiso.iso" (include
the path)
This worked for me. Thanks to all who replied.
