May I make a suggestion? Adobe do a linux version of their
"acrobat reader". It has better font support, (easier to read
text) and a lot more print options. I used it to print out an
electronic version of postfix the definite guide. It let me do
odd pages and then evens so I could print on both sides of the
paper.
