Ray - Open the KDE Control Center, then open the 'Components' section.
Once you're there, open Component Chooser, select 'Email Client' and
fill in the command line where it says "Use a different email client:"
The easy way to fill this in, is to look at the properties of your
Evolution desktop shortcut and go to the application section. copy the
command that's listed there and paste it into the space in the section
of KDE Control Center I mentioned above.
