Depends what you mean by "within". There's a KDE 3.5 urpmi source at
http://seerofsouls.com/rpm2006.html but this source is unofficial and
not connected with Mandriva, so you can't complain to Mandriva if
something breaks your system.
However, the packages seem to be good quality, and plenty of people on
this list are using them, so you should be able to get support here if
you do run into any problems.
I've been using the SoS version of 3.5 for quite a while now, with no
problems at all. The main advantage I've noticed is that it handles
removable media like memory sticks much better than 3.4.
