My P4 is 3.4GHz but still does not work with MDK
64-bit.
are you SURE your p4 is a 64 bit version?
I do use the 64bit smp version, and it works, but I don't have your
processor.
and the error message is one that would be had trying to use the 64bit
version on a 32bit cpu...
here is a shot in the dark...maybe the 64bit extensions have to be
enabled in the computer BIOS?
