Just installed the plf dkms nvidia 8762 drivers. I now have a screen I have to
scroll around to see anything. Renaming the /etc/X11/xorg.conf file and going
in via "failsafe" option brings my screen back to normal size although
without the nvidia splashscreen.
Questions: what did I do wrong to end up like this?
how do I get back to a normal accelerated version?
any additional info required for answers will be gratefully supplied :-(
