Possibly thru WINE       but why would you want too? there are literally 
thousands 
of Linux applications most of them are better than the Windows equivalents
As a matter of fact if you have your URPMI sources set up it's just a matter 
of grabbing them. In the meantime go to <star> --> System ---> configuration 
---> configure your computer put in your root pass word and click on software 
administration. have fun
