Well can you check the /var/log/urpmi.log and see what exactly was
removed . Then then try then urpmi --force to see what it says?
Otherwise, download each RPM for K3b and then:
k3b-0.12.3-11mdk
libk3b2-0.12.3-11mdk
k3b-dvd-0.12.3-11mdk
rpm -ivh --force k3b libk3b2 k3b-dvd
You may also need to load these:
cdrecord mkisofs cdrdao sox
