Certificate by verisign? are you wanting password authentication? (there
are different levels of security/encryption there too) are you wanting
your web pages to only show up if they are encrypted with PKI?

BTW, around here, there is not much point of sending the same message to
both the newbie and expert list. the folks with the best opinions
usually are on both lists, and some of them even filter everything that
is the same message on both lists into the same "byte-bucket" as
messages sent in HTML...
