Charles' also uses colour, so I just assumed it was normal :-) I just ran the attached script. makeface <image>.jpg <image>.xface ...on whatever image, and that was it...never bothered resizing, grayscaling, or anything. Mostly just tried to make sure it was recognizable. See if ya can decipher the new one ;-) You end up with a base64 encoding that you can paste into Claws. Only tedious part is, for some reason alpanumeric output contains some spaces, so you gotta manually edit your customheaderrc file, and then reload Claws, but that only takes about a minute. Once you've done *that*, though, make sure you overwrite the original xface file with the new string, then when you want to use it again, you don't have to go through the tedious part *again*. I've now got about five that I switch between. ...and hey, it's been buggin' me, who the heck is that guy in yours?
