Thanks Rick, so its actually 20KB/s and 35KB/s correct. Seems to be running a 
bit better now

Last Result:
Download Speed: 4686 kbps (585.8 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 638 kbps (79.8 KB/sec transfer rate)

However, watching the ball that runs on the test at Speakeasy I can actually 
see it stop for 1/2 a second or so as it runs along. Problems still as far as 
I'm concerned. I was beginning to think it was FF as the problem seemed to 
start when I started using 2.0.
