Subject: [newbie] .mdf files...

Hi All,

I'm in the process of downloading a DVD image, that is in .mdf format.

any clues as to what I can use to either convert it to .iso or is there
something that will handle the burning in it's current format?

I have never encountered one of these before, and I'm curious!

Cheers,

James

Alcohol 120% does excellent with reading AND converting Media Descriptor Files
(mdf) into isos. You can also setup a virtual cd with alcohol which will read
the files from the iso as though they were on a cd. I dont know if alcohol
works with linux or not, all i know is that it works with windows
