Hi all,

And hooray!

Okay, wonderful. At least Apache is now running. Things look in place. (Look...)

>To be sure, test it with a simple php file ...

Thank you. The example php-file shows a nice empty page. Not even the <title>
info. ?

Apache does show regular html-files again though, which is a leap forwards!
Also when the HTML-file is an index.php which does not contain php-code.

So, onwards with the chase. I'm getting there, thanks to you folks!

B.t.w: I also installed the PEAR rpms, those seem to be necessary for certain
things php. That, however, did not make a difference.

Unfortunately, as Mandy 2006 ships apache 2.0, there is no -M option to check
the loaded modules. -t shows sane config files though.

Sorry if this mail looks jumbled.

Paul
