It's a Radeon 7500, right? That's a different chip from the standard Radeon,
and is not supported by the current driver. I asked if support was planned
for 4.2.0, but have received no reply. For now, you're stuck with VESA until
Radeon 7500 support is added (maybe in CVS, I don't know) Even if it is, you
probably still won't have DRI until the DRI modules are updated for the
7500.
