Your fontpath is hosed. Either nix the fontpath specified in
/etc/X11/XF86Config-4, or tweak it to include the valid font directories.
Also, make sure that the Speedo, Type1 and Freetype modules are being
initialized to allow Speedo, Type1 and TrueType fonts to work. Look for the
following: (watch the captalization)

Load    "speedo"
Load    "type1"
Load    "freetype" XOR Load  "xtt"

      When I am trying to run CVS X, I am getting the following
error:

Could not init font path element /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/Speedo/, removing
from list!

Fatal server error:
could not open default font 'fixed'

Any ideas??
