Hi,
I am configuring my HP Pavilion N5495 notebook to run Linux. It is
equipped with an Intel 830MG integrated chipset with 1400x1050 LCD
screen.
I already downloaded & compiled & ran the newest CVS XFree86, so the
i810 driver detects my card. Howeer I am only able to tun it at
1280x1024. When I try to run it at 1400x1050 I get the message similar
to this:
"640x480"
...
"1280x1024"
Only this modes are supported by bios. Please select one of them
Is it really true? Is there some way to start it in 1400x1050? Is ther
some option I am not aware of?
