Change "IntelliMouse" to "IMPS/2" (or use moused). the IntelliMouse protocol is for serial intellimice. IMPS/2 is for their PS/2 and USB counterparts (which, assuming your device is right, is what you've got).

At least it tries to run now, bt it just wants to run in the upper left corner of the screen. I *know* there's a "mappings" comment for the x/y, I need to add to the mouse section, but I can't remember what it is. Here's what I have currently: # Identifier and driver Identifier "Mouse1" Driver "mouse" Option "Protocol" "IntelliMouse" Option "Device" "/dev/psm0" Thanks! -- Tim DeBoer http://www.freebsd-geek.com "When you find yourself in the company of a Halfling and an ill-tempered Dragon, remember, you do not have to outrun the Dragon... ...you just have to outrun the Halfling." _______________________________________________ Newbie mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] *** To unsubscribe , or change message options, see: http://XFree86.Org/mailman/listinfo/newbie _______________________________________________ Newbie mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] *** To unsubscribe , or change message options, see: http://XFree86.Org/mailman/listinfo/newbie
