Your mouse doesn't point to any device :-)
You might wanna add this to your inputdevice section for your mouse like

Section "InputDevice"
    Identifier "Mouse 1"
    Driver "mouse"
    Option  "Protocol" "Microsoft"
    Option "Device" "/dev/psaux"
   <rest here>

For my wheelmouse the config looks like this (this is a logitech PS/2
wheelmouse)

    Identifier  "Mouse1"
    Driver      "mouse"
    Option "Protocol"    "IMPS/2"
    Option "Device"      "/dev/mouse"
    Option "Emulate3Buttons" "off"
    Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5"

Also you might wanna have a look at nvidia's x drivers (www.nvidia.com) if
you want 3D support

regards
