agpgart is a kernel driver, if it's not compiled in your kernel nor as a 
module you'll get an error (assuming it will automatically load if there's a 
modulair build of it)
I believe (but I'm NOT sure) this card isn't supported yet, I believe it will 
be in 4.2.0

This is because your card isn't supported yet/correct driver isn't used. 
Because of this a generic driver is loaded which runs at only 320x200 which 
is huge yea :-)

I think you will have to wait with this one. Perhaps you can fetch the 810 
(beta?!?) driver from the 4.2.0 cvs if there is any and try to compile it in
