Ok, I just got and installed Peanut Linux. It's simple, and being a newbie, it is perfect for me to learn on. I went though it's setup for XFree86, the screen, the mouse, the soundcard (which I had to skip, ISA PNP SB AWE 32, that or its a SB Pro, either way its an ISA PNP which it can't detect) video card, etc and said it wrote XFree86.conf , ok, so back at the prompt I type "StartX", it spams me, clears screen, then pops up an error message that simply states it couldn't find any screens. Ok, how do I set these screens up? There was quite a bit said by XFree86, the log file is nearly 50k in size, which is why I am not quoting it to the list, I am sure I would get flamed by a bunch of irate people and removed from the list. <smile> But any help would be appreciated.
