Are you using XFree86 4.0.0, or a later version? If it's any version before
4.1.0, I strongly recommend upgrading (especially if you're using an ATi or
nVidia graphics card, due to numerous bugfixes and performance
enhancements). If it's 4.1.0, I'll look into it, but since I don't have a
Graphire myself, it'll take some time and energy (and maybe getting one...)

Subject: [Newbie]Setting up Wacom GRaphire USB under XF4

Hi,

How do I set up a Wacom GRaphire USB tablet to work as an XInput device
under XFree86-4.0 (linux-2.4.x). I have successfully built the HID and
wacom kernel modules and loaded them and made what I thought were the
required changes to the XF86Config script but when loading the xf86wacom
module, the X server complains of a missing symbol xf86WacomModuleDate.
Where is this symbol defined and how do I fix it?

Thanks,

Richard
