That's not terribly serious. It just means that your video card does not support the RENDER extension, which supplies, among other things, antialiased fonts. It's probable the upgrading to XFree86 4.1.0 would fix this, unless you're using it already, in which case uprgading your video card, or waiting for X to support your current one is your only real option.
