------------
I wrote the trident driver not Toshiba - and if you've got and 0x8820
variant
of the XP then it's Ai1 and it's not supported. If you've got the
0x9930 or 0x9910 then it is.

Alan,

CyberBlade XP in Satellite Pro 4600 has chipset ID 9900.
This is a single, non integrated VGA controller.

I don't know about the other chipsets you've mentioned (although
I tested 8820 and this is what Toshiba people said:

"ALI (chipset vendor) bought the design of the CyberBlade XP from Trident
(CyberBlade vendor). They integrated the CyberBladeXP into their Chipset
and gave it the name ALADDin-T. So ALADDiN-T and CyberBlade XP
should work with the same driver. In fact it does not. That's your and also
our problem.")

Anyways, I'm more interested why 9900 doesn't work (this is again
a single non integrated, older, CyberBladeXP).

Thanks for help.
