Okay, I'm not the best person to talk to on this, but I might be able to help. From the looks of the log you attached, your card seems to be PCI. A quick check under the hood would help. PCI slots are usually white, while AGP tend to be brown. ISA tend to be black. The AGP slot will be larger than the PCI's. If you can't tell the difference let me know, I'll elaborate more. The next thing to do would be to delete any origional XF86config files. Get yourself a copy of the latest Xconfigurator utility, and run that instead of XFree86 -configure. I tend to have better results, although it's not nearly as customizable as using -configure. Run this utility, and try again??? I'm not up to par on FreeBSD, as I use RedHat 7.2.
