Hi,
I was reading the DRI compilation guide in XFR86 4.1.0 documentation
set.
It says that DRI is a subset of the XFree86's xc tree.
For downloading it says to download from the dri.sf.net CVS ???
i am a bit confused by this, if DRI is a subset of Xfree86 , is it not a
part of the
XFr86 CVS tree ???
if i download the xc tree from XFR86 CVS , will it not contain the DRI
subtree ?
if not then , how the two link to each other.
i mean, if i download the "xc" from CVS at dri.sf.net is it enough or i
need
the xc from xfree86 CVS as well.
I am totally confused by this. can anyone help me out ??
or is it that the xc tree at both dri.sf.net and at xfree86 are
identical and downloading
from any one place is enough ????
PLEASE HELP ASAP
thanks in advance
