Hi: I just noticed this which answers a long standing question. I installed XFree86 4.0.2. Certain keys do not work and I have the line:
Couldn't load XKB keymap, falling back to pre-XKB keymap in the log. I have no xkb. I do not believe it was in the binary distribution. How can I create or get this directory?
