actually, it does, if compiled against the Cygwin libraries. I've heard of
people using it to replace Exceed. no idea how much hassle is involved, tho.

it may be just as simple as "unzip this .zip file, and click on the icon
that appears on your desktop" (where the zipfile is something that you
created with absolute paths to the included files, from the c:\); but since
I've never done anything close to this, I wouldn't know.
