I am not sure whether these unresolvable symbol errors are a problem (I think I 
remember getting
some which were quite harmless once). Nothing keeps you from hacking the config file 
you got by
changing the driver to what goes best with your card. I don't remember whether you 
posted you
XF86Config[-4] file, could you do?
