Dear Newbies
As a newbie newbie, I hope someome can help me with this one.
The archives don't appear to be searchable otherwise I would look
there first. I've successfully installed XFree on my snow ibook
running 10.1.2 and patched it through to rootless (following Rob
Griffiths instructions using the latest patch (1.0.5.1)). On launch,
the application gives me the expected option of running in root or
rootless and then immediately quits when I try either. Trying to
launch from the terminal gives a 'xserver not found' message. What am
I doing wrong? Also, is there any utility that helps keep track of
where the installer(s) puts files that it unpacks?
