Request for help:
I have a Dell Inspiron 8000 with an ATI Mobility M4 Video card (16MB of
memory) and I cannot get my Xfree86 to configure properly.

- under the card category it probes that I have a Mach64. I have tried just
about every card in the list for ATI, but the most logical one to me seems
to be the ATI Rage Mobility, so that's what I've been selecting most
frequently
- under the monitor section I choose a Non-Interlaced SVGA, 1024x768 @ 60
Hz, 800x600 @ 72 Hz
- under mode selection I choose 1024x768 and a 16bpp default color depth
When I hit �Done� I continually get the error message �Unable to start X
Server, Press [ Enter ] to try configuration again...it hangs there for a
short while then I get �Ack! Unable to get the VGA16 server going again!
Can anyone help me who might have gone through this before? Thanks.
