Use the Suse drivers as they install with YAST2 much easier. Also, they have
a readme file for the XFree86 4.2 update that gives instruction on exactly
how to do it.

Just check the NVidia site and you will see, it is the NVidia video
driver. Suse has some updates plus there is the new XFree86 4.2 all on
suse website.

I have a Dell Inspiron 8100 and I am Using SuSE 7.3. I did a minimum
installation of the System the problem  comes when I try to use the Fn
key, My laptop freezes up. I tried the Linuxcare Boot Disk and the Fey
work just fine. I would like to know if any body knows why with SusE it
does not work.
