I've been trying to compile the latest XFree85 version (4.2.0) on a Slackware 8.0 Gnu/Linux with a vanilla 2.4.17 kernel. The compile log shows a single error:
xf86Wacom.c: In function `xf86WcmReadUSBInput': xf86Wacom.c:1591: `ABS_WHEEL' undeclared (first use in this function) xf86Wacom.c:1591: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once xf86Wacom.c:1591: for each function it appears in.) make[7]: *** [xf86Wacom.o] Error 1 make[7]: Target `all' not remade because of errors. make[7]: Target `all' not remade because of errors. Which doesn't stop the whole process but does seem to prevent the make install process from working properly - Log ends with a series of errors associated with wacom.o and a number of binaries never make it (the server and xf86config for example.) Wondering if there is a way to either skip that driver or if this is something wrong with my setup? Thanks for any help, ~Pablo _______________________________________________ Newbie mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] *** To unsubscribe , or change message options, see: http://XFree86.Org/mailman/listinfo/newbie
