Err, dude... where's your car? ?:)  The reason I ask is due to the
fact that you have no Modes/Timings lines in you Monitor section.
This is more than enough to cause flicker or a blank screen.  Possible
(ab)solution: rerun xf86config and make a copy of the all the modes
/timings lines there are, then copy to your Monitor section as you
gave below.
