Hi,   I am having the same problem when  load XFree86-4.2.0 on my redhat 7.2 ix86 system.  I tried renaming the libglide3.so to libglide2x.so, just to see, and still no go.  Any ideas on howto fix this?   William ----- Original Message ----- From: Jason J.W. The library file it wants is libglide2x.so, and in my usr/lib directory there are only libglide3.so, libglide3.so.3 and libglide.so.3.10.0 I tried linking each of those files into X11R6/lib/modules as libglide2x.so, but that was a no go. Why does XFree86 want Glide to run the configuration anyway?   Anyone have any help, or experienced the same problem? I will try to supply any additional information that I can if needed.
