The "nv" driver in 4.2.0 does not support flat panels. In
order to get flat panel support without using NVIDIA's binary
drivers you need to be running XFree86 CVS.
There should be no problems running this card and monitor with
NVIDIA's binary drivers with any XFree86 server back to 4.0.1.
