hi all, sorry if i sent the same question twice since i was not sure if it was sent properly.
i noticed that the xdm in the binary download does not link to any PAM libraries. i checked with ldd xdm fine, i downloaded the source and tried to recompile. with #define HasPam Yes at the end of config/cf/site.def but that does not seem to link it. i tried to force it to link with the makefile in the xdm directory but failed. i am not using redhat, suse or debian but something cool called linuxfromscratch. so, how does one add pam support to xdm? johnoel _______________________________________________ Newbie mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] *** To unsubscribe , or change message options, see: http://XFree86.Org/mailman/listinfo/newbie
