Look in the file /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 (well, that's where RedHat keeps it - Mandrake very very RedHat-like, so it should keep it there too.) In the 'Device' section, there should be a line that reads 'Driver "foo"'. Change whatever "foo" is to ati.
