Look in the file /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 (well, that's
where RedHat keeps it - Mandrake very very
RedHat-like, so it should keep it there too.) In the
'Device' section, there should be a line that reads
'Driver "foo"'. Change whatever "foo" is to ati.

Also, if you're not already, upgrade to Linux 2.4.18,
and ensure that agpgart and rage 128 DRI are built
into the kernel - this should allow DRI to work.
